Testing Time Refer a Friend Offer Summary
About Testing Time
TestingTime is a European UX research participant panel that pays you to take part in studies (interviews, usability tests, focus groups). Studies typically pay £25-£60 per session and the platform is open to UK participants. Free to join.
Refer a Friend Bonus
Existing TestingTime participants can refer friends from the Refer Friends section of their account. For each friend who registers via your unique link and successfully participates in a study, you earn £5. There's no cap on how many friends you can refer.
The £5 only lands when your friend actually completes a study, not when they sign up - so it's worth sharing your link with friends who you think would genuinely enjoy doing studies. The £5 is added to your TestingTime wallet and can be cashed out alongside your normal study earnings.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. TestingTime's referral is one-sided - only the referrer earns. As a new participant, the value of signing up is access to TestingTime's panel of paid studies (typically £25-£60 per session) rather than a one-off bonus on the referral.
Only when your friend actually completes a study - not when they sign up, not when they apply, not when they're selected. The £5 lands in your TestingTime wallet automatically once your friend's first session is marked complete.
Typical sessions pay £25-£60. Shorter usability tests are at the lower end (30 minutes, ~£25), longer interviews and diary studies pay £50-£100+. The frequency of invites depends on how thoroughly you fill out your profile and how specific the studies are - generalist studies are competitive, specialist ones (medical, professional, technical) pay more and have less competition.
Added straight to your TestingTime wallet, which you cash out alongside your normal study earnings. TestingTime pays out via bank transfer once your wallet reaches the minimum threshold.
Yes - no cap. The bottleneck is that each one only counts once they actually complete a study, so the conversion rate is what limits earnings rather than any per-account cap.
