If and only if you have a spare phone and cheap data, then you might consider using bandwidth sharing apps to earn a few pennies. But I do not recommend these apps at all. They are mostly junk, and the earnings they offer are not worth the potential flagging of your internet connection.

Here is my list of apps that you could use to earn money passively by sharing your internet connection. You will see them recommended a lot online in various places. However, I do not recommend them. Although these apps do pay out, and you don't really need to do much to earn a few pennies from them, the amount you can actually earn is very very small. And if you value the health of your internet connection (if you like get-paid-to websites and playing games etc. for money), then you really should avoid all of these apps. I would go as far as to say that you should actively avoid them all.
