Most "missing cashback" comes down to a handful of avoidable mistakes. Do these and your Superdry purchase should track cleanly:

- Only use voucher codes the cashback site lists. A code from anywhere else overrides the tracking link and voids your cashback.
- Give it time, then claim. Tracking can take a few days and payable cashback often weeks. If it never shows, raise a "missing cashback" claim with the site — keep your order confirmation.
