Helpful Tips

  • You can get the bonus twice: once on a sole account and once on a joint account (as long as each hasn't had the offer since 2021)
  • The £1,000 can be paid in instalments or as a lump sum - your salary, funds from the switch, or transfers all count
  • Recurring card payments like Netflix or Spotify count towards the debit card requirement
  • You can use Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay for the required card payment

  • Joint accounts only receive one £175 payment, not one per person
