Make sure your eBay cashback tracks
Most "missing cashback" comes down to a handful of avoidable mistakes. Do these and your eBay purchase should track cleanly:
- Accept all cookies at eBay. Cashback is tracked with cookies — reject them and there's literally nothing for the site to record.
- Turn off ad-blockers and privacy tools. uBlock, Ghostery, Privacy Badger and Brave Shields all block the tracking pixel. Disable them for the purchase (or use a clean browser).
- Disable other shopping extensions. Honey, Pouch and rival cashback add-ons grab the "last click", so they quietly steal the referral. Turn them off before you click through.
- Click through fresh, then buy straight away. Start at the cashback site, go to eBay, and finish checkout in that same session and tab — no wandering off, no reopening hours later, no switching device.
- Only use voucher codes the cashback site lists. A code from anywhere else overrides the tracking link and voids your cashback.
- Give it time, then claim. Tracking can take a few days and payable cashback often weeks. If it never shows, raise a "missing cashback" claim with the site — keep your order confirmation.
