Star Trek Fleet Command is an city-builder strategy game that blends resource management, tactical battles, and exploration in the Star Trek universe. In the game, players build and upgrade their space stations, recruit iconic officers, construct powerful starships, and engage in missions and battles to dominate the galaxy. Your goal (if you are playing properly!) is to expand your power, forge alliances, and explore the depths of space.

Because Star Trek Fleet Command generates significant revenue, it’s often promoted on many get-paid-to (GPT) sites, offering users lucrative rewards of £50+ for new players who download the game and reach milestones such as level 15, 20, or beyond. These promotions are part of marketing efforts to attract new players, increase app visibility, and encourage in-app spending.

If you’re looking to cash in on these rewards, follow my guide to reach the reward levels as easily as possible. Stick to the plan, play efficiently, and you can earn rewards on GPT platforms like Swagbucks, ySense, or Freecash easily.

Star Trek Get Paid To Offer Tasks

There is only one types of Star Trek Fleet Command Offerwall offer. It requires you to Complete Certain Levels within a certain timescale – by levels, it the Level of your Operations Building. So to complete Level 21, you must build your Operations Building up to Level 21.

This game is a city builder and requires daily play to meet the rewards criteria.

Reach Operations Level 21 or 30 Offer

This was the original Dragon Power offer that was available Swagbucks, Inbox Pounds, and ySense. Originally, there was only a single task: reach Dragon Power 600 within 30 days and get paid.

Paid Tasks

  • Complete Operations Level 2 (Easy)
  • Complete Operations Level 7 (Easy)
  • Complete Operations Level 15 (Easy)
  • Complete Operations Level 21 (Medium)
  • Complete Operations Level 30 (Only for the committed)
  • Make a purchase (£4.99 second builder is recommended and can be reimbursed)

Is it Possible to Reach Operations Level 21?

Yes. Reaching Level 2, Level 7 and Level 15 is easy and can be completed in a few days. From that point, things slow down drastically. But it is still easy enough to complete Level 21 in three weeks.

Did I complete it? Yes, I completed it once on Inbox Pounds, and I am currently playing the game again via Tyr Rewards. Proof of my payout from Inbox Pounds and my progress on Tyr Rewards is below!

Time commitment: When collecting the screenshots for this guide, I completed Dragon Power 600 in approximately 3.5 days. I usually play these games while I don’t have control of the TV.

Is it Possible to Reach Operations Level 30?

Maybe. I will have to reserve judgement on this. Usually, requirements for city builder games increase exponentially after Level 21-25. So I think reaching Level 30 will take a lot of time and achieving this milestone might not be possible.

The Star Trek Fleet Command Guide

I originally wrote my Star Trek guide to help people on r/beermoneyuk and r/Inbox_Pounds complete the offer as easily as possible. I originally completed the offer in 2022, but am now replaying it in 2025 as I have a new phone, so the guide is getting a refresh as I complete the offer again.

Star Trek Fleet Command Overview

Star Trek Fleet Command is a typical city builder game, except that it is set in the Star Trek universe. It is also a little more complicated, as the game has a lot going on. But really, there is only two things you need to focus on: sending out your ships to complete missions and get resources, and upgrading everything you can in your base.

The Guide In Brief

There are two main things to do in Bingo Blitz to level up and progress through cities as fast as possible: use the free trial of Bingo Blitz+ and optimise your use of 2x experience boosters. Here’s a quick rundown of how to do that. A more complete guide with pictures is below.

  • Sign up to a Get-Paid-To Website (we like ySense best).
  • Find the Star Trek Fleet Command offer. You can see a full list of sites with Star Trek offers here.
  • Always build and research (never have an empty queue!):
    • Some buildings require specific research.
    • All ships require research (look ahead to see what you need to research for your next ship!)
  • Purchase the £4.99/$4.99 second build queue as soon as you can. This will alllow you to build much faster.
  • Use speed ups efficiently:
    • Use speeds ups freely at the start of the game. This will help you get your base built, and allow you to sit back and baby sit the game sooner.
    • Complete long builds overnight, or when you are not able to access the game.
  • Complete Missions:
    • Sending your ships out to complete missions will get you the resoueces .
  • Build, build, build, and research!

Core Gameplay

It’s a city builder game, but set in space!

Resource Management
  • Parsteel: Used for constructing and upgrading buildings.
  • Tritanium: Vital for building and repairing ships.
  • Dilithium: A rare resource required for high-level upgrades and research.
  • Raw Resources: Raw materials like Crystal, Gas, and Ore must be refined and craft ship components.
  • Officer XP: This is required to upgrade your Starfleet officers. You get it from completing all kinds of events.
  • Latinum: The premium currency used to speed up construction, repair, or purchase exclusive items. Use this to speed things up when you have no more speed ups left!
Missions and Events

Completing missions and events will reward you with the resources and speeds up required to finish Star Trek as fast as possible. Check which events are active, and send your ships out to complete missions as often as possible.

  • Missions: Completing standard missions is required to progress, but also gives resources!
  • Daily Goals: Complete these to get some nice bonuses.
  • Alliance Events: If you join a good alliance then you can earn some nice rewards from these tasks.
  • PvP and PvE Battles: Engage in combat with hostile ships to gain dominance (don’t attack other players!).
  • Special Events: Found on the Events page. These give powerful officers, ship blueprints, and rare resources.

Purchasing The £4.99/$0.99 Second Builder

Station Packs
I'd already purchased the second builder when I took this screenshot, but you can find it here.

To make this a lot easier, you are going to want to purchase the £4.99 Second Builder. Without this your progress will be very, very slow. Painfully slow.

Key Aims

  1. Upgrade Operator, shipyard, research and academy buildings.
  2. Upgrade ships (needed to attack higher levels & get resources faster).
  3. Research!
  4. Upgrade your crew (to strengthen your ship).
  5. Complete missions and events to progress and get resources.
  6. Mine for raw materials and fight NPC (non-player) ships.

Star Trek Fleet Command Tips

  • The second build queue is most probably required (I bought it at the start).
  • Always build and research. Focus on upgrading your Station to unlock areas needed for upgrades and enhance your combat capabilities.
  • Do all the event quests, missions, and daily quests to gather resources and speed-ups early on.
  • Explore planets to find missions. Upgrade your warp drive to travel further.
  • Level up your ship to complete missions and defeat other ships. Fight lower-level NPC ships to gain experience and resources.
  • Use Latinum wisely. Save it for critical upgrades like Talla firepower or building speed-ups. Avoid spending it on lower-tier ships.
  • Research Combat Power to improve your ship’s ability to fight higher-level NPC ships.
  • Upgrade your warp core by:
    • Using Cadet Scotty on the Bridge.
    • Upgrading the warp drive on ships.
    • Acquiring ships with better warp capabilities.
  • Around Level 11-13, start researching Vaults and Defense Tech, as these take time to unlock due to prerequisites.
  • Once you unlock a mining ship (around Level 11+), focus on mining 2* Ore and Crystal. Refine these resources every cooldown, prioritizing crystal and ore over gas. Gas will usually be sufficient from upgrading your refinery.
  • Always use a convey ship for mining to maximize efficiency. Mining becomes especially important later in the game when you build the refinery.
  • Shield your base when possible and avoid attacking other players unless necessary. You can complete the game by focusing solely on NPC battles.

Building

Building Requirements
Building Requirements are shown for each building. Click go to build the requirements.
  • The second build queue (£4.49 is most probably required, I bought it at the start).
  • Main buildings are Operator, Shipyard, Research, and Academy buildings.
  • Always click the Operator to see what requirements are needed to level it up. Repeat for the other buildings. Do quick buildings during the day and longer builds overnight. Some research may be required for builds too.
  • When you have an empty build queue (maybe you are waiting on Operations leveling up), look ahead to see what is required for the next level up on the secondary buildings. Level up those buildings.
  • From Operations level 15 onwards, you have to build a lot of tertiary buildings and research to continue progressing. Always be looking ahead.

Ships

My Talla Ship at Level 15

The only way to unlock better warp-capable ships is by doing the proper research. You need to complete specific research to unlock requirements and other buildings for your operations.

  • Always prioritize research for the next ship. Find it on the research trees in the Academy and follow the research tree and progress step by step toward unlocking it.
  • Focus on getting the Talla ship ASAP. Complete the required research and upgrade it as much as possible. If ship parts are scarce from missions and enemy kills, use Latinum for upgrades.
  • Use the Fortunate ship for mining when you unlock the second ship slot (the Fortunate will be your first main ship).
  • Later, replace the Fortunate ship with the Envoy ship for mining efficiency.
  • Leave all other ships at levels 10-15 to save resources.
  • You must unlock the Envoy ship to complete the offer, as it is required for one of the builds later on.
  • Once you have it, upgrade the Talla to Level 15. Spend Latinum if you have to.

Mining and Resources

  • I did not mine much at all (really just some ore/crystals towards the end of the game). Sometimes you will be short of resources and mining is the quickest option, but I got enough just by doing the missions (daily and the main missions) and completing the events. Battle Pass missions in the events tab
  • Once you have the raw crystals through mining, missions and events, you trade them in at the refinery.
  • You could also spend platinum (gold stuff) to top off what you don’t have.
  • Sometimes it’s faster and easier to get Latinum than mine depending on what events are going on.
  • Make sure you’ve traded in any event currency you have for Latinum in the store tab of the events section.
  • You can change the map to show resource locations in your galaxy, so you know where to go to mine.

Tidying Up The Mission List

When missions are too difficult, temporarily remove them from your active missions by archiving them.

You may end up (like me) with a lot of missions that you cannot complete yet. Archive these to tidy up your mission queue. Then, when you have upgraded your ship a bit, unarchive the ones that were too hard and see if you can now complete them. If not, archive them again!

Useful Lists of Building Requirements and Mining Locations

Sometimes you don’t know what you need to build in advance, or where to find specific resources to mine. There’s a lot of different databases online with this information (linked at the bottom of the page). But I thought I would just write them down here.

Building Requirements

You should always have your build queues working away in Star Trek Fleet command. If you have an idle builder, then check the table below for what you will need to build to reach the next level requirement!
